Client Problem
PiLog develops commercial Master Data Governance systems. Currently, they use an inefficient, Excel-approach to managing their HR related information. This causes problems for the HR Admin by increasing the workload and decreasing communication turnaround time. Our client also struggles with staying on time with performance reviews of their employees as the reviews are often missed because the hr admin needs to remind everyone of the reviews on top of the existing workload.

Minimum Viable Product
PiLog has requested the development of an HR Governance/ Management system to replace its current paper-based one. The proposed system will digitize employee salary adjustment and performance appraisal processes. The proposed system will be a mobile application. A mobile application enables employees to manage their HR-related personal data remotely from their phones, which improves ease of access and helps better promote the ‘family culture’ that PiLog aims to embody.
What the Staffer system does:
Manage data
Our HR management system will allow the HR manager to seamlessly interact with employee data, with the main functions from the hr side being; Adding an employee, logging an employee's salary adjustment information and generating reports from the system.
Optimize processes
Our HR Management system, Staffer, will be able to allow employees to interact with their own data on a mobile app, manage their leave applications and digitize the employee performance appraisal system, effectively making use of technology to make the lives of PiLog employees easier.
